He is a teacher on Insight Timer and also has a podcast - Living in the Mystery. I highly recommend anything that he offers - he is an amazing soul with so much to share with the world. Working with Vaz accelerated me along my path toward healing, clearing and expansion.

Don Reed Simmons                                                                                   www.donreedsimmons.com      I think of Don as "Shaman Don," although he describes himself as a Shamanic Practitioner/Teacher, Medical Intuitive, Sound Healer and Meditation Teacher. He is all of that, and more! Don used his gifts to help me prepare for my cataract surgeries, along with many other sessions for healing, clearing and growth. He is incredibly intuitive and wise, and the information that I have received from him has changed my outlook and approach to life. He helped me understand how important it is that I approach every day and everything with a sense of play, not duty or responsibility. Life-changing!

I purchased my first singing bowl after a trip to Mt. Shasta, and I have purchased all the rest from the Om Shoppe. I use this book to look up the meaning of animal medicine when I see a message animal from my guides / the Universe. It can also help you understand the medicine of your animal guides and totems. Here is an example of when to look up animal medicine for a message. I traveled to Montana to reconnect with horse energy - makes sense, right? I got to ride several times after not being on a horse for 3 or 4 years. But it wasn't the horses that caught my attention. My first stop on the way to my hotel was a crystal shop, where I was drawn to one of the oddest shaped crystals - it looked like a rhinoceros. I bought it. Then at the hotel, at a "dude ranch," the picture on the calendar in the office wasn't a horse, or bear, or anything western. It was a picture of a rhinoceros! The first day that I got home from Montana, I picked up a piece of old newspaper, to use it to block the sun by my computer. You guessed it - at the top of the page was a picture of a rhinoceros. Please don't ignore when you receive a nudge three times! BTW - rhinoceros energy means ancient wisdom and comfort in one's own solitude.
