Making Space - Exploration

"Notice where you feel called to create space in your life. Rather than asking what you are letting go of, become curious about what is beginning to emerge within you." – The Akashic Records
Have you noticed how many people seem to be cleaning, organizing, moving, renovating, or simplifying their lives lately?
While these activities often appear to be practical tasks, I invite you to look a little deeper. The desire to create space is frequently a reflection of something taking place within.
As we grow, our life naturally begins to reflect that growth. The things that once fit comfortably may no longer feel aligned. You may find yourself releasing possessions, changing routines, stepping away from commitments, or simply feeling called to make room.
This is not because something is wrong.
It is because something is changing.
Many people believe they must know what is coming before they can let go of what they already have. Yet life often works in the opposite direction. Space comes first.
Just as a garden must be prepared before new seeds can be planted, your life often creates room before new opportunities, relationships, ideas, or experiences can take root.
This is true not only in your home, but also in your heart, your mind, and your spirit.
So, if you notice yourself creating space in your life, pause before dismissing it as simply another project.
Become curious.
Notice what feels different. Notice what you are being drawn toward. Notice what no longer fits as comfortably as it once did.
As we celebrate freedom this weekend, perhaps it is also an opportunity to consider another kind of freedom—the freedom that comes from releasing what no longer reflects who we are. Sometimes the greatest act of freedom is simply creating enough space for ourselves to become more fully who we are. You do not need to know the answer today.
Simply trust that your inner wisdom often begins preparing you long before your mind understands why.
What is this space making possible?
