Be still. There is peace and knowing in the stillness.
Quiet. Let your mind and your thoughts quiet. What is between the thoughts?
Connect. Use the stillness to connect to the unseen and the unheard.
Pause. What seeks your energy? Is it your Soul? Is it the Divine?
Know. Know that all is unfolding as it should. Energy is flowing even when you can’t sense it. There is movement even in the stillness.
Love. Love all that surrounds you in the stillness. That is where the faeries play, where the joy is felt and honored, where the pause and the embrace of the stillness infuses you with the love of the mystery.
