HOW LONG IS AN INDIVIDUAL SESSION?

An individual session is 90 minutes long. Sessions can be facilitated on Zoom, FaceTime or by phone.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SESSION?

You can prepare in any way that helps you to relax, open your heart and connect with what is sacred to you. All that is needed is knowing that there is a Higher Power beyond yourself and an openness and willingness to make changes in your life.

You will receive what your soul knows is for your highest and best good at the time of the session.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION?

You and I will access your Records together by using a visualization and energetic process. We will co-create a safe and sacred space where you will remain alert and awake. Once we are in your Records, it is very conversational. You are encouraged to ask questions and may receive information from your Records yourself, including questions to ask that you had not previously considered. 
Most people feel very relaxed and "connected." You may see pictures or hear messages, or you may not experience anything at all.

Many clients gain a better understanding of their path and their purpose, and come to know something in their hearts that their heads cannot explain - yet they know is true for them. That is the greatest gift from the Records.

WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS ARE BEST?

Open-ended questions (not yes or no questions) are the best for gathering the most insight and helpful information.

The Akashic Records do not make predictions because that would not take into consideration our free will. We can change our minds and our direction at any moment, which can change our future.

Predicting the future also requires an assumption that there will be no changes with the energies and the people that currently exist - which we know is extremely unlikely.

Any subject is a possibility. Many of my clients focus on questions about their path, their purpose and aligning with their personal energy and desires.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM MY SESSION?

Each Akashic session is different, depending on your intention and how open you are. The results are different for everyone. Some sessions are very informational and focus on teaching or explaining your current situation. Other sessions seem to focus on clearing and releasing. The Records have the ability to help you:

• Release limitations, patterns and fears
 • Make your best decisions more confidently
 • Forgive, strengthen and heal
 • Receive whatever information that your soul needs in the moment

Please do not attach yourself to any particular outcome(s). You will receive what your Soul knows is for your highest and best good at the time of the session.

Some people feel very invigorated after their session, while others may prefer a nap, a walk, or notice nothing particular at all. Any integration required is automatically completed by your Records, often that night while you’re sleeping and without you being aware of it.
