WHAT ARE THE AKASHIC RECORDS?

The Akashic Records are the Wisdom in the Sky. Akash is Sanskrit for sky, and they were named the Akashic Records by people who believed they were in the sky, just as they believed that heaven was above the Earth.

Just as each of us has an energetic battery and generate our own personal energy, the Akashic Records are an energy field that was created by Source, where all knowledge exists. The Records suggest that you imagine them as a limitless cloud of energy particles or matter - lighter than air – graceful, flowing, swirling, fluid – and filled with small points of light. Each point of light within their field represents a piece of knowledge contained within them.

Each of these points of light represents information about a person, place or thing. The Records hold all knowledge and information about (and for) each person (soul), all living things (animals, trees, organisms), all objects (crystals, mountains, places) and each action (building the pyramids, the destruction of Atlantis, the birth of a new star.) They hold all knowledge and information about what has happened, what is currently happening, and what is possible in the future.

If it makes you feel more comfortable, you may imagine the Records as a library of books. It matters not what you think the Records look like. What is important is to know that they are the holders of all knowledge, and that their purpose is to lovingly support you by providing an additional source of connection to Source, and by sharing their universal wisdom.

WHAT IS CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS?

The Akashic Records are an energy field that contains knowledge for your soul about the past, present, and the possibilities of the future. Everything is there - from beginning to end. All of our soul's actions, thoughts, feelings and knowledge are recorded in your "database" and is available to us by accessing your Records. Opening and exploring your Records is an opportunity to receive information from a higher source of wisdom or to confirm your own intuition - plus much more!

WHY SHOULD YOU BELIEVE IN THE AKASHIC RECORDS?

Have you ever had something happen to you that you cannot explain? These experiences that are outside of our logical understanding are wonderful reminders that there is so much happening in our world beyond our idea of reality.

I ask you to consider any piece of technology, such as a computer, telephone, or even an automobile. Now I know that for these examples, there are people who understand the mechanics of the technology. But most of us learn how to interact with (use) the technology, and then we never give another thought to “How does this work?” We do not need to know all of the details about the wiring or the motherboard, or how the electrical system in a car makes it functional. With almost every technical situation, most of us just decide that we know that the technology works.

There are many examples of “unexplainable” systems that we trust without being able to prove them. Gravity has never been “proven.” The theory of gravity is based on Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity that describes gravity as “the effect of curvature of four dimensional spacetime.” Do you have any idea what that means? Yet we all base our lives on knowing that gravity will keep us from spinning off into space.

What about acupuncture? There is a great deal known – scientifically – about the energetic fields and meridians within the human body, but have we been able to prove why putting a needle in a particular point provides relief or healing? Yet there are thousands of years of documented results from this work.

What about the scientifically proven placebo effect, where patients who think they have been given medicine will actually heal, even when they have been given a substitute with no active ingredient. How can you explain the power of positive belief – the power of the mind to help the body heal? Yet it has been documented.

We have been conditioned to believe some theories, and dispute others. Many of us believe in a Higher Power, and we may also have religious beliefs that we cannot prove. We are comfortable holding these beliefs because they are “socially acceptable” theories. They are comfortable to us because many people think the same way. Most likely, we will not hear criticism for having religious beliefs – even though we may be criticized for “which” religious beliefs we hold. Religion is a theory that cannot be proven, yet is generally accepted within our society.

However, many of us struggle to believe an idea that is not “socially acceptable” and that cannot be explained - until we have an experience that changes our mind – an experience that opens our mind. Experiences such as feeling the presence of a loved one who has passed, or even hearing their voice. What about those coincidences that keep happening, such as seeing the same sequence of numbers over and over, or hearing a song that reminds you of a friend – just when you were thinking of that friend? How about knowing something was going to happen before it happened, or unexpectedly changing your plans and then discovering that you avoided an unpleasant experience by making the change?

Or perhaps you are struggling with feelings that you cannot explain, yet you know they are real. You may be longing for “more,” yet you are unsure how to define what you seek. Perhaps you have feelings that you do not understand, like feeling dissatisfied, alone, or stuck – and you have no idea where to look for answers. Aren’t those feelings real, even if you cannot explain them?

I cannot give you a scientific reason to believe in the Akashic Records. I cannot scientifically prove that they exist, any more than I can prove that there is a Higher Power. All I can do is share why I believe in the Akashic Records. I have had so many experiences that I cannot explain while interacting with the Records, and these experiences have made my life, and the lives of my clients, so much richer and fulfilling. The Records are a magnificent source of wisdom and support, and their sole purpose is to help us make our lives better. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they are real, just like gravity?

Just as we trust (unproven) gravity to keep us planted firmly on Earth, we can trust the Records to share their unconditional love and share their inspiration and guidance. Their existence cannot be proven, but just like gravity, they are part of our divine birthright. They are available to us to give us access a greater vision of our abilities, our purpose, our creativity, and our relationships – with ourselves and with others. They reassure and remind us that we are not alone. Connecting with the Records can give us a sense of connection – connection to the Higher Power and connection to the microcosm that is life on earth – everything intertwined and interdependent. ()

You have chosen to trust that technology works, even if you do not understand it. You have chosen to trust that gravity will continue to keep us on Earth. You have chosen your spiritual beliefs, without any scientific proof. I ask you to choose to believe in the Akashic Records.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ACCESSING THE RECORDS?

I will lead you through a visualization and energetic process to access your Records. Together we will co-create a space of understanding and increased clarity about what is happening in your life. You will remain alert and awake.

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE TO BE IN MY RECORDS?

Accepted Answer

You and I will co-create a safe and sacred space where you will remain alert and awake. Since you are in your Records with me, you may receive information directly, including questions to ask that you had not previously considered. The experience is conversational and interactional. Most people feel very relaxed and "connected," or you may not experience anything at all.

A common misconception about being in your Records is that it will feel "very different"- bells, whistles, bright lights, and angels singing! The Records are extremely subtle. One of my favorite sayings is that "our Souls whisper!"

Some clients even say, "I already know some of the information that I received." This means your Records are AFFIRMING what you know and are encouraging / asking you why you aren't following through with what you know.

Many clients connect with their path and purpose, and come to know something in their hearts that their minds cannot explain - yet they know is true for them. That is the greatest gift from the Records.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?

Each Akashic session is different, depending on your intention and how open you are. The results are different for everyone. Some sessions are very informational and focus on teaching or explaining your current situation. Other sessions seem to focus on clearing and releasing.

• Release limitations, patterns and fears 
 • Make your best decisions more confidently 
 • Forgive, strengthen and heal 
 • Receive whatever your Soul needs in the moment.

Please do not attach yourself to any particular outcome(s). You will receive what your soul knows is for your highest and best good at the time of the session.

Some people feel very invigorated after their session, while others may prefer a nap, a walk, or notice nothing particular at all. Any integration required is automatically completed by your Records, often that night while you’re sleeping and without you being aware of it.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

You can prepare in any way that helps you to relax, open your heart and connect with what is sacred to you.

All you need to bring is a knowing that there is a Higher Energy beyond yourself, and an open mind and willingness to change.

HOW CAN WE ACCESS MY RECORDS VIA ZOOM OR THE PHONE?

Because your Records can be accessed from anywhere on the planet, we can work together on Zoom, by phone or in person.

I THOUGHT THE AKASHIC RECORDS ARE A LIBRARY - WHY DO YOU CALL THEM A DATABASE?

Our understanding of the Akashic Records continues to evolve. We receive information in a way that resonates with the way we think as humans. When the Akashic Records were first explored, information and knowledge were stored in scrolls and books - hence the Records were understood to be a library of all knowledge.  Now that our understanding of how information can be stored has grown to include computers and the Internet, we can understand that our information is much more encompassing and infinite - like a database that we can search for knowledge.

IS THIS PROCESS SAFE? DO I NEED TO DO ANY CLEARING AFTER MY SESSION?

When we are exploring your Records, we are in a safe and sacred space.

No clearing is required after a session because all energy released is transmuted to a higher level.

DO I NEED ANY RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION TO WORK IN THE RECORDS?

Accepted Answer

All that is needed is an openness and willingness to making changes in your life, and knowing that there is a Higher Energy beyond yourself.
